Our house is available again this weekend, and it looks like we’re not going to be able to use it to escape Portland’s heat.

Because this is last-minute notice, the house is available for 15% discount off of its regular Summer rate (currently $215). Therefore, the rate for would be $182 per night. Or you can pay the normal Summer rate and stay a 3rd night at no charge (a full 33% discount). The $70 cleaning fee and Rockaway Beach room tax still apply.

Even if you can’t stay longer, we’d encourage you to consider the 3rd night free option. Normal check out is at 11 am, but if you used the free third night, then you could leave whenever you wanted on Sunday. You could maximize the vacation time.
